AI sales training for ticket sales teams

Make the call before you make the call.

Your reps practice the calls your office makes every day, with AI fans who answer in natural-sounding voices: the renewal that is wavering, the group leader with a budget, the season ticket holder who feels forgotten. Every call is graded with an explanation.

Free to start. No card. The first call needs no sign-up.Have questions? Ask Melissa, our onboarding concierge (AI), or email Anthony, our founder.

What your reps practice

The calls that decide the season.

Premium and donors

The suite renewal, the priority points question and the holder asked to give more for the same seats.

Renewals

The holder who is thinking about it, the one who felt ignored last season and the one who just wants the same seats.

New business

Season tickets, mini-plans and the single-game buyer worth a second call.

Groups

The youth coach, the church outing and the company night, each with a budget and a date.

Service

The complaint, the billing question and the fan upset at the gate. A service call is a renewal decision in progress.

What a fan wants most from a rep: the problem, solved.

Most ticket sales training teaches product knowledge. Rockbeach Training grades what the rep did on the call: whether they found out who they were talking to, solved the problem and asked for the sale.

The tools

A practice CRM and ticketing system.

Separate applications, timed, built like the ones your office runs. Nothing to connect. 93,354 seats on full seat maps, 179 AI customers, each with a history, a mood and objections, and 4,449 practice call situations.

  • Find the account, read the history, make the call, log it
  • Sell from a seat map, build the cart, take the order
  • A leaderboard ranked by graded calls, not by who talks most in the meeting
Your building

A sales manual from your own website.

Give us your website. We write your staff a sales playbook in your name: your people, your buildings, your season, your prices. A preview the same day you sign up; the full manual comes with your paid plan. Anything your site did not say is listed, so your staff knows what to ask in week one.

What your manager sees

Where the room is weak, area by area.

  • Every rep’s baseline side by side, and a profile across ten strengths
  • A plan every week, tied to the scores, with who to chase this week
  • Every written answer, with the right to overrule its grade
  • The challenge: score 90 or better on the challenge call and your organization wins a free month of the paid plan
Questions

Straight answers.

Who is this for?

Ticket sales and service teams at college athletics departments, pro clubs and minor league teams: inside sales, renewals and service, premium, groups, the box office and interns.

What does a rep do?

Takes practice calls with AI fans who answer in natural-sounding voices, works the account in a practice CRM and ticketing system that are separate applications, and works through 17 modules from the first call to the last. Talk or type: a microphone or the keyboard.

How are the calls graded?

Every call and every written answer is graded with an explanation: what the rep did, what it cost them and what to try next. Your manager reads every written answer and can overrule the grade.

Is it only for college athletics?

No. The example course is set in a fictional college athletics department, and the selling is the same at a pro or minor league club: season tickets, mini-plans, groups, premium and renewals. Your own manual and course are built from your own website.

Can we try it before we pay?

Yes. One practice call needs no sign-up at all. The free trial is 10 days from sign-up, with 5 seats and no card. Pay by card, or ask for an invoice if your purchasing rules need one.

What it costs

Five seats. Free to start.

The free trial is 10 days from sign-up, with 5 seats and no card. Pay by card, or ask for an invoice if your purchasing rules need one. The organization plan is $5,000 a year, or $650 a month, with 5 seats included. More seats are $19.99 a month each. Lock $5,000 a year before January 1. Founding organizations on the annual plan renew once at $5,000 a year; from January 1 the platform is $9,000 a year or $975 a month.
