Accessibility Statement

Version 1.6 · 30 September 2026 · Rockbeach, LLC

Rockbeach Training is built to work for everyone, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, magnification or a phone. This page says the standard we hold ourselves to, how we check it, what still falls short, and how to tell us about a barrier.

The standard we hold ourselves to

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act refers to, and the one the ADA Title II rule sets for public colleges and universities.

On 26 September 2026 we also measured the six criteria that WCAG 2.2 adds at Levels A and AA, and fixed the three where we fell short. On 27 September 2026 we checked the screens added the night before the same way, found seven problems, and fixed all seven.

How we check

Our most recent self-assessment was on 26 September 2026. We checked 83 pages at phone and desktop widths, used every control with the keyboard alone, measured color contrast, and checked every page at 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom. It found 15 problems, and all 15 were fixed the same day. We check again after significant changes. On 30 September 2026 we re-checked the rebuilt home page the same way: every control with the keyboard, color contrast including text over photographs, 320 pixels wide and 200% zoom, and reduced motion. It found four problems, and all four were fixed that night.

The same day we reviewed five tasks the way a screen reader reads them, from signing up to a practice call. That found 21 more problems, and we fixed them that day too. A person using the NVDA screen reader then checked sign-in, sign-up and moving around a page by headings.

That evening we completed signing up, the baseline assessment, a module, the CRM and a ticket sale from start to finish using the keyboard alone, with the NVDA screen reader running, and recorded what it said at every step. That found six more problems, and we fixed them the same evening.

We also check in Microsoft Edge and Firefox, in Windows high-contrast mode, and with VoiceOver on an iPhone, which so far is a spot check.

This is a self-assessment by Rockbeach, LLC, not a third-party certification. WCAG has no official certification program.

What we know still falls short

Screen readers. Signing up, the assessment, modules, the CRM, ticketing, practice calls, the Manager's Day and the manager-track conversations have been completed from start to finish with NVDA, and every problem found has been fixed. VoiceOver has had a spot check only, and we have not yet tested with JAWS. Those are next.

The assessment's time limit. An assessment closes after four hours away. The limit is part of keeping the test fair to everyone who takes it, so it cannot be extended.

Spoken practice. Practice calls and conversations can be spoken or typed. If speech does not work on your device, type instead; the grade is the same.
