For sports organizations

New reps who can sell before day one.

For the ticket offices of colleges, pro clubs and minor league teams, and the leagues and sales groups behind them. Onboard new hires on real calls before they touch your book.

Free to start. No card.

The Make the Call Challenge

Score 90 or better. Your organization wins a free month of the paid Coaching platform

One free practice sales call to a pro hockey club’s Flex Pass holder. No account, sign-up or payment. Graded three times, and the middle score counts.

For pro, minor league and amateur sports organizations in the US. The GM / President board · Official Rules

90The bar
Train

Real calls before the real calls.

Calls before the calls

Customers who respond in real voices, each with a history, a mood and objections, and every call graded.

The tools, separately

A CRM and a ticketing system as separate applications, timed, because in a real office they are.

Renewals and service

The renewal call, the complaint and the upsell, practiced until they are boring.

A manager who reads everything

Every rep’s strengths across ten areas, a plan every week, and the right to overrule any written answer’s grade.

The example course is set at Rockbeach University, a fictional college. Your own manual and course are built from your own website, for college, pro and minor league ticket offices alike. The selling method is the same in any front office.

Who it trains

One course. Every desk.Everyone who talks to a fan is the organization to the person on the other end of the phone

Annual fund or memberships

At a college, donors, priority points and the gift conversation. At a club, its members and plan holders. Practiced before it counts.

Box office

The walk-up and the complaint, handled like the person on the other end matters.

Ticket sales

Season tickets, mini-plans, groups, renewals, outbound and inbound.

Game-day staff

The fan who is upset at the gate is a renewal decision in progress.

Interns

Seventeen modules and real calls before they touch your database.

Your manual

A sales manual from your own website. A preview the same day you sign up. The full manual comes with your paid plan

Give us your website: a college’s athletics site or a club’s own. We read it and write your staff a sales playbook in your name: your people, your buildings, your season, your prices. Every answer you add rewrites it.

1Sign up and give us your site

No forms to fill before you see anything.

2We read it

The facts a seller needs: your people, your buildings, your season, the market, the ticket office, products and prices, and history.

3Your playbook, in your name

Plus training written from your own season, seats and prices.

4It tells you what is missing

Anything the site did not say is listed, so your staff knows what to ask in week one.

A generated sales playbook open to 1.1 The Basics: the school, location, founding year, campus, nickname, mascot, colors, conference and sports
1.1 The Basics, filled in from the website.
The same playbook open to 1.3 The Buildings: capacity, distance from campus, seating layout by zone and parking
1.3 The Buildings: capacity, zones, parking.

Shown: the playbook for Rockbeach University, our teaching school. Yours is built from your site. For a club, a fact we cannot trace to a page we read on its own site is left out, never guessed. For a club that sells on its promotions, we can add What Nights Sell: which nights and promotions drew, from its own promotion pages against its published attendance.

What you see

Where the room is weak, area by area.

  • Every person’s baseline side by side, and their strengths across ten areas
  • A plan every week, tied to the scores, and who to chase this week
  • Your manager reads every written answer and can overrule the grade
  • A leaderboard ranked by real call grades, not by who talks most in the meeting
Built by someone who has run the room

Anthony Di Fino

  • Twenty-plus years in college athletics
  • Former Deputy Athletic Director/Chief Revenue Officer, Big 12
  • Former Assoc. AD, Business Development, ACC
  • Five years of privatized college sales training

Every module, every caller and every grading rule is built on the method of someone who has sat in the chair, hired the reps and answered for the number.

What it costs

The Coaching platform is $5,000 a year with five seats. Lock $5,000 before January 1. Founding organizations renew once at $5,000; from January 1 the platform is $9,000.

Everything it costs, on one page.
