-
A group of twenty-five bought a package two years ago through their youth organization. Nobody has contacted them since. What do they represent?
Pick one.
The best answer is C.
Group sales get treated as a single transaction, which is why this is missed by people who should know better. A youth organization's twenty-five are mostly children, so the way back is the organizer, and through the organizer the families who came: ask the organizer to rebook, and ask whether you can offer those families their own tickets.
-
A customer asks a factual question about pricing and you are not certain of the answer. What do you do?
Pick one.
The best answer is A.
Never punt a call. A caller asking a price is a live buyer, and the moment you say you will call back you have turned somebody who wanted to talk into somebody who has to be reached again.
-
A customer brings up a live controversy inside your organization - a leadership decision that has split the fan base - and asks what you think. What do you say?
Pick one.
The best answer is B.
Agreeing feels like rapport and is the most defensible wrong answer here - it works, right up until it is repeated. You do not know who they will tell, and you are speaking for the organization whether you meant to or not.

Straight answers.Frequently asked questions about Rockbeach Training
What is Rockbeach Training?
Sports ticket sales training you work through on your own: seventeen modules (your first call, then sixteen to read), practice calls where customers respond in real voices, a real CRM and ticketing system, and a certification at the end. Today it is set inside a college athletics department. Season tickets, groups, premium and renewals are the same skills at a pro or minor league club.
Is Rockbeach University a real school?
No. It is a fictional school created for this training. It is not a college and awards no degrees. Its athletics site, GoWhitecaps.com, is live, so you look things up the way you would on the job.
What is free?
The baseline assessment is free for everyone, every time, and you keep your score, your standing and your first badge. The practice call on this page needs no sign-up at all. Card details go on Stripe’s own form and never reach us.
How much does it cost?
Individuals pay $99 one time for 12 months, which includes a 30-minute call with Anthony. The management track is $99 one time for 12 months. Nothing renews. Students in a class pay $30 for the term, once. Sports organizations pay $5,000 a year, including ten seats and two manager seats. Founding price: $5,000 a year and $75 a seat, for organizations that sign by March 31, 2027, kept for as long as you renew. Everything it costs, on one page.
What does the certificate prove?
That you passed a real sitting: 35 multiple-choice questions, 5 written answers, 2 typed calls and a final call, spoken or typed, with 80 to pass. Any employer can check it online.
