The call is graded on what you actually did: whether you found out how she uses the pass, recommended the plan that fits her instead of the biggest one, and set a real next step. It is graded three times and the middle score counts. It is harder than it sounds. That is the point.
For professional, minor league and amateur sports organizations in the United States, entered by someone 18 or older. One free month per organization. Two challenge calls per person or device; your highest score counts. We don't ask who you are to make the call. After a 90 or better, we ask for your name, title, organization and work email to open the free month. We don't keep a recording of your voice; we keep the written transcript so the call can be scored. Details in the privacy policy.

After your grade you can choose to put your name, title, organization and score on the board. We send a link to your work email first, and your organization’s name shows only once your role is verified. Take it down any time with the link in your confirmation email.
